A street vendor from Senegal, Lamine has been living illegally in Barcelona for more than a decade. Now he’s decided to become one of the lynchpins of a growing movement across Spain to establish a union for Manteros and legitimize their profession, in the hopes of putting an end to years of mistreatment and discrimination.
